Adapted to the individual needs and general conditions in the company, AnnaLyze uses smart technologies in the field of data science to analyze real-time information as well as collected data pools, to create forecasts and to derive suitable optimization measures. AnnaLyze primarily serves as a decision support tool for the experts on site and enables

the entire knowledge about one or more machines to be combined into a knowledge base to guarantee a better understanding of the machinery. The interaction of diverse data sets with the help of the model knowledge of the experts (Engineer in the Loop) can lead to increases in productivity and quality, for example by reducing the probability of machine failure or optimising maintenance intervals and cycles.

DATA ENGINEERING
